We serve residential, commercial, and agricultural properties throughout Lane County, Linn County, Benton County, and Douglas County. That covers roughly 140 miles north to south — a lot of ground for a septic company, and we cover it because rural Oregon properties are exactly the ones most likely to be told they’re “outside the service area” by somebody else.

Every job is run by our own crew on our own equipment. We don’t subcontract, and we don’t charge a separate trip fee for the outlying towns on this page — your quote is based on tank size and what the job actually requires. Pumping, cleaning, inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance are available everywhere we go, and we answer the phone for emergency septic service nights, weekends, and holidays.

Lane County

Lane County is home base. Our shop is in Springfield, so Eugene, Springfield, Santa Clara, Thurston, and Coburg typically get same-day or next-day service. Soils here swing from sandy river bottom to heavy clay, and the wet season puts real pressure on drainfields in low-lying spots like Junction City and Veneta. Out along the McKenzie and toward the coast — Blue River, Vida, Mapleton, Florence — we see a lot of seasonal cabins and vacation rentals that need a pump-out before peak use rather than after a backup.

Linn County

Linn County is farm country, and a lot of what we pump here serves working property — farmhouses, shops, and outbuildings on systems that were sized decades ago for a much smaller household. Albany, Lebanon, and Sweet Home make up most of our volume, with Harrisburg, Tangent, Halsey, and Shedd close behind. East toward Foster, Cascadia, and Mill City the terrain gets steep and rocky, which makes tank access the real variable — tell us what your driveway looks like when you call and we’ll bring the right truck.

Benton County

Corvallis and Philomath anchor our Benton County work, and the rural stretches west toward Alsea and Blodgett are where septic systems get interesting. Clay-heavy and rocky ground is common through here, and properties near the Alsea and Marys River drainages sit on high water tables that saturate in winter. If you’re on an alternative system — sand filter, mound, or an aerobic treatment unit — we service those too, and we’ll tell you honestly if what you need is a repair rather than another pump-out.

Douglas County

Douglas County is the largest area we cover and the most spread out. Roseburg, Winston, Sutherlin, and Myrtle Creek see us most often, and we run out to Glide, Elkton, Yoncalla, and down the Umpqua to Reedsport and Winchester Bay. Rural Douglas County properties are often on older systems with no clear records, so a first visit here frequently starts with locating and uncovering the tank — that’s a normal part of the job for us, not an add-on surprise.

Service Area Questions

Do you charge extra to come out to rural or outlying areas?

No trip surcharge for the towns listed on this page. Quotes are based on tank size, access, and the work involved. If you’re well outside these four counties, call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

How far out do you go?

Roughly Harrisburg and Mill City in the north, Canyonville in the south, Sweet Home and Oakridge in the east, and the coast from Florence down to Reedsport.

Can you do same-day service outside Eugene and Springfield?

Often, yes — it depends on where our trucks already are that day. Same-day is most reliable in Lane and Linn Counties. For Douglas and western Benton County, calling early in the day makes a real difference.

Do I need to know where my septic tank is before you arrive?

It helps, but it isn’t required. Locating and uncovering the tank is part of what we do, and it’s common on older rural properties where nobody has records.

Do you service commercial and agricultural properties?

Yes. We handle farms, shops, restaurants, rentals, campgrounds, and multi-unit properties throughout all four counties, including systems on a scheduled maintenance rotation.
